Co-Founder: Ishaan Cheng-Patel

Ishaan is a junior in high school and our operations manager. His empathy is the foundation for our Holiday Outreach. Find out more on our Programs page. Ishaan believes that doing community outreach is important because “You get to interact with people. You get to hear their stories and learn from them and they can maybe learn from you too, so everyone is learning together.”

Co-Founder: Avinash Cheng-Patel

Avi is an 8th grader and our web designer. His compassion is the foundation for our Neighbor Outreach program. Find out more on our Programs page. Avi believes in helping people because “I like to see people happy. When I see someone happy, it makes me happy too.”

President: Christina Cheng-Patel

Christina is a clinical pediatric researcher and Ish and Avi’s mom. She believes in the importance of education, experience, and empathy. She encourages her sons to take action when they see a need, no matter how immense or novel the task may seem and harness the power of community and collaborative effort.
